Something didn’t work out? Bummer! No worries, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, so we will happily help you with any returns you may have.

U.S. RETURN POLICY

You may return any Full Price or Regular Sale merchandise in its original condition and with all tags attached for a full refund within 20 days of receiving your order. Your refund will go back on the original form of payment. Items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Items that are not in their original condition, that are altered or unclean, or that are missing their tags may not be returned. We offer free USPS Priority shipping, however we do not reimburse for expedited shipping costs (2 day or overnight).

Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange something, simply send back the item you don’t want (FREE return with your pre-paid return label!) and place a new order for the item you want (FREE ground shipping!).

Because we want the return process to be as convenient as possible, we provide return packaging in one of two ways:

  1. Your package will be shipped in a re-sealable plastic bag, which you may use to send back any items you don’t want.
  2. If your package is not shipped in a re-sealable plastic bag, we will include a plastic shipping bag with your order for you to send back any items you don’t want.

We also provide a pre-paid Ground Shipping return label to make the process even easier! Please note that the return label will be voided after 20 days of receiving your order.

All you need to do is place your Return Invoice along with any items you don’t want in the bag that we provide, attach the return shipping label, and send the package back to us.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3 business days. We will send you a Return Notification email to confirm that your return is being processed. It may take your bank several days to process and post this transaction to your account.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

The cost of all international returns is the responsibility of the customer. We must receive the return within 30 days of the original purchase date in order to be eligible for a refund. We do not assume responsibility for lost return packages. Please contact us for additional support on international returns.
