Yes! You’ve placed your order! You will receive an Order Confirmation email shortly after placing your order with all of your order details. Then we will work hard to get your package shipped out as quickly as possible.

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 24 hours. Orders placed after Friday at 11am EST and over the weekend will be shipped out on Monday. Orders placed on Holidays will be shipped out the following business day. Please note that these time frames may increase during high volume shipping times.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order any time by tracking your package or logging into your Wylie Grey account. Because we want to make your experience shopping with Wylie Grey as convenient as possible, we offer free USPS Priority shipping on all orders within the U.S. AND we include a pre-paid ground return label if anything doesn’t work out.

UPS 2^nd day: $25

UPS Overnight: $40

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is $25 to Canada and $40 to all other international countries. Please note that we currently do not ship to select countries. 

Your order will ship via DHL Express. Please contact us at info@wyliegrey.com for expedited International Shipping quotes.

You will receive an email notification once your order ships, along with a tracking number. We do our best to avoid customs charges, but the customer is responsible for any charges that are required by customs once your package arrives in your country. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or local courier. 

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

By placing an international order with us, you are consenting to pay the duties and taxes as mandated by the destination country. Our international shipping option is for shipping costs only, and does not include duties and taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer, as hereby agreed to. To calculate exact duties and taxes for your shipment, please contact your country's customs department.

In the event that an order shipped by Air Mail is lost en route, we must wait for a claim to be processed. This can take up to 6 months.
